Doug Frazey is an attorney at Meier, Kennedy, & Quinn where he practices in the areas of business, employment, contract, real estate, health care, and tax law. 

Prior to joining Meier, Kennedy, & Quinn, Doug clerked for the Honorable Heidi S. Schellhas at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, after which he served an additional term at the court as a shared clerk for the Honorable Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks, the Honorable Renee L. Worke, the Honorable Francis J. Connolly, the Honorable David Minge, the Honorable Louise Dovre Bjorkman, and the Honorable Michelle Ann Larkin.

Doug graduated magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law, where he was a staff member for the William Mitchell Law Review and contributed an article on franchise law for publication. During law school, Doug gained practical, hands-on experience as a law clerk for the Education division of the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, for the Tax division of the Legal Aid Society of Minneapolis, and for Elizabeth Bowling, PLLC.

Prior to attending law school, Doug earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with high distinction from the University of Minnesota-Morris, where he majored in Economics and Business-Economics.

Doug, has volunteered as a reading buddy to first- and second-graders in St. Paul through the program, Everybody Wins, has served meals to families through Meals on Wheels, and currently volunteers at Family Place, a day shelter for homeless families in St. Paul.
